1. Course Registration & Payment
- Full payment or a required deposit is due at the time of registration to secure a seat in any course.
- Spaces are limited and are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Course materials, certification fees, and administrative costs are included in the course fee unless otherwise stated.
2. No Refund Policy
- All course registrations are non-refundable.
- Once a participant is registered, resources are allocated, including instructor time, course materials, and certification processing.
- This policy applies regardless of attendance, including:
- No-shows
- Late arrivals
- Failure to complete course requirements
- Change of personal circumstances
3. Transfers & Rescheduling (Client Flexibility Clause)
- While refunds are not provided, Rapid Response Training may allow a one-time transfer to a future course date:
- Must be requested at least 48 hours prior to the course start time
- Subject to availability
- Requests made within 48 hours of the course or after the course has started may not be eligible for transfer
4. Course Cancellations by Rapid Response Training
- If a course is cancelled by Rapid Response Training due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., instructor illness, low enrollment, emergency situations):
- Participants will be offered:
- A transfer to another date or
- A full refund
5. Course Materials
- Any issued course materials (digital or physical), including manuals or online access codes, are non-refundable once issued or accessed
6. Attendance & Certification Requirements
- Participants must attend and successfully complete all required components of the course (including online portions where applicable) to receive certification.
- Failure to complete requirements does not qualify for a refund
7. Exceptional Circumstances
- Rapid Response Training understands that unexpected situations occur.
- In rare and exceptional cases, accommodations may be considered at the sole discretion of the business, but refunds are not guaranteed.
8. Agreement to Policy
By registering for a course with Rapid Response Training, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to this policy.
